Bio

Lee's specialty is exquisite vocal harmonies enhanced by his unique way of playing the 3/4 Stand Up Bass.

He currently plays with 2 bands: The Hot Sauce Boys with Charlie Hankin and Together Ensemble with his wife Helia. Both bands are acoustic duets though the Boys often like to feature a guest player. They have been a local favorite for over 30 years, offering their extensive repertoire that includes several original songs, blues, jazz, blue grass, folk, rock and more. The Hot Sauce Boys music suits any event, from the most intimate to the big outdoor festival.

Together Ensemble was born in 2009 and offers vocal harmonies on Folk Harp and 3/4 Stand-up Bass, pleasantly laced with Harmonica leads. Their unique repertoire is appropriate for the whole family and alternates American Folk, with songs from the World Culture: Scandinavian, Quebecois and French, Irish, Australian, British, Canadian and Scottish... Lately, they've been offering special bilingual performances (French/English). They like to interact with their audience; they tell fun and informative short stories about the songs and their composers. They are animated and out for a good time!
